What you will do

• Act as the primary finance contact for 1–2 corporate entities.
• Manage cost control and allocation, specifically for data and system costs across corporate and fund entities.
• Process vendor payments, verify invoices, and coordinate with suppliers and affiliates.
• Execute month-end closing activities within SAP for assigned entities.
• Prepare financial statements, disclosures, and audit schedules for statutory audits and tax filings.
• Support bank account opening processes and the execution of vendor agreements.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in the finance sector, multinational corporations, or financial institutions.
• Strong experience in China entity accounting, including statutory audit coordination and tax reporting.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with PRC accounting standards is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Hong Kong to work from the central office.
