What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for China program budgeting, OPEX/CAPEX forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct monthly analysis of costs vs. budget, identify risks/opportunities, and present KPIs to leadership.
• Partner with R&D leadership on business cases, ROI/NPV evaluations, and cost optimization recommendations.
• Improve planning processes for cost centers, programs, and R&D project management aligned with central requirements.
• Collaborate with accounting, procurement, and business control teams for accurate reporting and strategy alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (MBA preferred) + 10+ years in FP&A/business partnering in global tech/hardware organizations, preferably semiconductor equipment.
• Proven financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting experience; understanding of R&D operations and project management.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/planning systems (Oracle preferred), Power BI/Tableau.
• Strong analytical, communication skills; ability to present to non-financial stakeholders and manage priorities.
