What you will do
- Develop and execute client success strategy aligned with corporate goals and health compliance standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Product, Implementation, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Build and expand executive-level client relationships, mitigate risks, and drive growth plans
- Design programs for client engagement, satisfaction, renewal, and expansion
- Analyze client data for risks and opportunities; drive upsell/cross-sell with Sales and Product
- Build team culture of accountability; track metrics, training, and development
- Establish scalable processes, tools like CRM and dashboards, and issue resolution frameworks
Requirements
- 10+ years in client success, account management, or healthcare operations; 5+ years leadership
- Strong background in healthcare IT/health information services (ROI, patient records, data management, HIM)
- Proven track record managing large provider/health system relationships and driving retention/expansion
- Deep knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, OCR compliance
- Exceptional executive communication; strategic, data-driven mindset; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
- Bachelor's required (Master’s in Business/Health Admin preferred); up to 25% travel
