TL;DR

Vice President, Client Success (Healthcare IT): Lead and scale high-performing client success organization focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for health systems and providers with an accent on retention, growth, loyalty, and compliance. Focus on developing client success strategies, managing executive relationships, driving upsell/cross-sell, and establishing scalable processes.

Location: Virtual/remote, up to 25% travel required

What you will do

  • Develop and execute client success strategy aligned with corporate goals and health compliance standards
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Product, Implementation, Finance, and Compliance teams
  • Build and expand executive-level client relationships, mitigate risks, and drive growth plans
  • Design programs for client engagement, satisfaction, renewal, and expansion
  • Analyze client data for risks and opportunities; drive upsell/cross-sell with Sales and Product
  • Build team culture of accountability; track metrics, training, and development
  • Establish scalable processes, tools like CRM and dashboards, and issue resolution frameworks

Requirements

  • 10+ years in client success, account management, or healthcare operations; 5+ years leadership
  • Strong background in healthcare IT/health information services (ROI, patient records, data management, HIM)
  • Proven track record managing large provider/health system relationships and driving retention/expansion
  • Deep knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, OCR compliance
  • Exceptional executive communication; strategic, data-driven mindset; CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Bachelor's required (Master’s in Business/Health Admin preferred); up to 25% travel
