What you will do

• Lead, manage, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of software developers towards high-quality delivery.
• Build and scale the revenue marketing platform within the hirify.global Signals AI platform.
• Drive AI coding strategies and technical excellence across the entire SDLC.
• Contribute individually to the codebase and technical implementation alongside the team.
• Integrate hospitality data, pricing science, and hotel operations into a coherent system.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing highly scalable production systems.
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, including in remote environments.
• 1+ years of experience driving AI Coding strategies.
• BS or MS in computer science or a related technical field.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, Postgres, React, or Angular.
• Knowledge of ML Systems, Architectures, and Techniques.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, and Terraform.
• Strong Python experience and understanding of SOLID principles.
• Observability and monitoring experience.
