What you will do

• Oversee design and implementation of key projects delivering scalable, secure solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and provide technical guidance.
• Drive engineering excellence through high-quality code, code reviews, and contributions to technical standards.
• Mentor team members, foster inclusive environment, and assist in hiring and onboarding.
• Influence technical direction by promoting new technologies and processes for product enhancement.
• Own team deliverables ensuring successful deployment and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Extensive technical leadership experience in senior software roles with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Experience designing login, authorization systems, organization/permission management in multi-tenant/multi-user architectures; hands-on with Auth0/Okta.
• Extensive experience with Python and cloud-based environments.
• Product engineering mindset focused on business impacts.
• Excellent communication skills to lead diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management.

Nice to have

• Expertise in AWS, GCP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Django Rest Framework, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
• Experience with CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Celery, EventBridge, DataDog, container-based/serverless architectures.
