• Support the resolution of HIPAA-related release issues and ensure strict confidentiality.
• Read and interpret medical records, forms, and authorizations to complete the ROI process.
• Organize records and documentation to ensure effective department operation.
• Provide professional customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of medical record experience.
• 2+ years of experience in clerical or office work.
• Proficiency with desktop computers, scanners, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be based in Johnstown, PA.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and state regulations related to Protected Health Information (preferred).
