Client Success Manager (B2B Consulting): Managing the delivery of high-profile consulting projects including thought-leadership reports and events with an accent on client relationship management and project orchestration. Focus on delivering world-class B2B experiences, managing internal/external resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Location: Must be based in London, GB (Hybrid: teams work in the office four days a week, Monday-Thursday)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects such as white papers, strategy reports, and high-profile events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for global clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and hold internal teams accountable for timelines and deliverables.
• Manage project finances to ensure all initiatives are delivered within set budgets.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and designers to ensure excellence in the final output.
• Research new ideas, trends, and speakers to support the scaling of consulting offerings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a project management or project delivery role.
• Essential experience working in a B2B projects-based environment.
• Proven track record of creating thought-leadership content, white papers, or reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior executives.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and budget management.
