What you will do

• Drive pipeline generation and identify target accounts through channel partners across Asia.
• Equip partners with marketing collateral and tailor global messaging to local market needs.
• Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and partner activities.
• Create and localize digital content, including social media posts, short videos, and customer stories.
• Establish regional marketing processes, tools, and best practices as the region scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales development, or partner marketing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (mandatory).
• Background in semiconductors, AI, embedded systems, or similar technology.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline and support tangible sales outcomes.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.

• Experience with channel partners, ODMs, or distributors.
• Experience working for a multinational B2B company headquartered in Europe, US, or Israel.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, and Canva.
