TL;DR
Sales Development Associate (Sustainability): Generating new business opportunities and qualifying prospective customers through prospecting and outreach with an accent on ESG and corporate social responsibility. Focus on conducting high-level discovery conversations with senior executives and building a sales pipeline for Global 2000 companies.
Location: Hybrid in Hong Kong

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives in Sustainability or Procurement.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Evangelize the importance of sustainability and CSR for Global 2000 companies.
- Utilize Salesforce and social networks to manage the sales pipeline and identify trends.
- Create and present quarterly business plans to key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sustainability, procurement, or a related field.
- Work experience in sales development, lead generation, or marketing.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional APAC languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools.
- Must be based in Hong Kong to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Voluntary or work experience in sustainability, CSR, or procurement.
- Proficiency in Chinese, Malay, Thai, or Korean.
