What you will do

  • Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with Taiwan’s media agencies, media, digital service providers, and other institutions to drive business results.
  • Create client strategies, actionable roadmaps, and identify new business growth opportunities through partner interactions and business planning.
  • Handle the full business development process: prospecting, deal structuring and negotiation, onboarding, support, performance reviews, and up-sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run promotion campaigns and execute strategic initiatives as the primary contact for external partners.
  • Monitor market movements and provide data and insights to partners and internal teams.
  • Own assigned business targets and lead efforts to support growth in specific verticals.

Requirements

  • University graduate with 5-8 years ad sales or business development experience in media/marketing agency or digital service industry.
  • Experience leading growth initiatives in B2B2C or two-sided marketplace businesses.
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan’s digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proven business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Nice to have

  • Experience and knowledge in AI initiatives, including building agentic workflows for research and distribution.
  • Experience dealing with online channels.
