What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with insurers and ecosystem players within aggressive timelines.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and relationship building to onboarding and go-live.
• Own and deliver monthly revenue, policy, and activation targets in the Taiwan market.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on local market dynamics, insurer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
• Collaborate with legal, product, technology, and compliance teams to finalize commercial agreements.
• Drive post-launch partner productivity and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Taiwan permanent residency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance and/or fintech.
• Established network within the Taiwan insurance ecosystem with access to senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial and negotiation capabilities, including understanding of insurer economics.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments.
