What you will do

• Own the supply and demand data strategy and BI roadmap to support growth and operational decisions.
• Analyze demand-side trends, including channel attribution, driver behavior, and conversion patterns.
• Track supply-side performance metrics such as listing health, capacity utilization, and churn.
• Identify and address imbalances between supply and demand across different geographies and product types.
• Develop reporting dashboards in Tableau and automate routine data processes.
• Promote data literacy across the organization and leverage AI tooling for efficiency.

Requirements

• Solid experience in an analytical role within a marketplace or platform business model.
• Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics in a two-sided marketplace.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Tableau).
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear business narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with statistical analysis or modelling.
• Proactive approach to identifying business risks and opportunities.
