Senior Audience & Marketing Insight Manager (Revenue & Growth): Transform complex datasets from social platforms, fan touchpoints, and streaming services into actionable growth strategies with an accent on audience segmentation, campaign ROI optimization, and revenue stream identification. Focus on fan journey mapping, platform performance analysis, trend spotting, and cross-functional reporting to drive label campaigns and market share.
Location: Minimum of 4 days per week in the office (#LI-Onsite)

What you will do
- Develop strategy for audience behavior, growth, and engagement on social and digital platforms.
- Analyze social media activity, provide campaign reporting, and recommendations with Data & Insight teams.
- Own audience tools like Co:Brand and Audiense, deploy insights, and build strategies with labels.
- Partner on campaign intelligence, UGC benchmarking, and platform conversion analysis by artist genre.
- Map full-funnel fan journeys from discovery to purchase, identify friction points and drop-offs.
- Monitor platform health, create dashboards on DSPs and social sentiment, spot trends like regional spikes.
- Act as insights partner for A&R and marketing, translate data into narratives for leadership.
- Design A/B tests on platform features to optimize revenue and engagement.
Requirements
- 6-9 years in data analytics, ideally music, entertainment, or digital agency
- Exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling (regression, clustering) for customer segmentation
- Deep knowledge of Spotify for Artists, YouTube Analytics, TikTok Business Center, Chartmetric, Soundcharts
- Proficiency in SQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with relational databases, attribution modeling, UTM tracking
- Experience leveraging AI
- Commercial curiosity, agility in fast-paced environment, strong communication for non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python or R for predictive modeling
- Partner management with third parties like WGSN, Audiense
