What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and alternative asset managers.
• Originate opportunities for LBO financing, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, refinancing, and structured finance.
• Lead or support the execution of leveraged finance, DCM, and M&A transactions for sponsor clients.
• Analyze sponsors' investment strategies, fund cycles, and portfolio dynamics to identify transaction pipelines.
• Monitor portfolio companies for potential financing or advisory opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams (DCM, M&A Advisory, Leveraged Finance, ECM, and Loan Syndications) to deliver tailored solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, M&A advisory, or Corporate Banking.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and valuation.
• Solid understanding of debt markets, credit analysis, and private equity transaction structures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience covering private equity and financial sponsors.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or an MBA.
• Strong knowledge of regional markets, including GCC, MENA, and Europe.
