What you will do

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring correct prioritization for efficient execution.
• Break down technical requirements in collaboration with development teams.

• Coordinate internal projects and synchronize dependencies between different departments.
• Facilitate planning sessions and contribute to the product roadmap process.
• Develop data-driven decision processes and drive continuous improvements in development methodology.

Requirements

• Work experience as a project manager, backlog owner, or product owner.
• Solid engineering degree and/or professional experience in software development.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Lund, Sweden.
