What you will do

• Lead cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives in Global Manufacturing
• Develop business cases to identify opportunities and create urgency
• Guide teams through change and ensure adoption of new capabilities
• Navigate stakeholders with strong people skills and communication
• Educate stakeholders on new processes and solutions
• Mentor peers in project management best practices

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Relevant university degree (minimum B.Sc.)
• At least 3 years’ experience in project management within manufacturing/operations
• Proven experience initiating, executing, and completing improvement projects
• Experience with structured project management methodologies
• Stakeholder management in a global manufacturing environment
