What you will do
- Own the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term adoption in schools and districts.
- Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) and visit classrooms to observe platform usage.
- Build strong relationships with teachers, students, school leaders, and local authorities.
- Handle technical operations including user management, rostering, troubleshooting, and usage data analysis.
- Act as the voice of customers internally, turning insights into product improvements.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (native or C1-C2) and English
- Proven track record in Customer Success or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- High energy, self-driven, solution-oriented, and confident speaking to groups
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ready to work onsite in Berlin (5-day in-office policy)
