TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Germany, Edtech): Ensure successful adoption of AI-powered math education platform in partner schools and districts with an accent on onboarding, training, and long-term engagement. Focus on building relationships with teachers, students, and school leaders, analyzing usage data, and providing customer insights to shape product development.

Onsite in Berlin, Germany (Friedrichstraße 68, 10117) – 5-day in-office policy.

What you will do

  • Own the full customer journey from onboarding to long-term adoption in schools and districts.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) and visit classrooms to observe platform usage.
  • Build strong relationships with teachers, students, school leaders, and local authorities.
  • Handle technical operations including user management, rostering, troubleshooting, and usage data analysis.
  • Act as the voice of customers internally, turning insights into product improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German (native or C1-C2) and English
  • Proven track record in Customer Success or customer-facing roles
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • High energy, self-driven, solution-oriented, and confident speaking to groups
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ready to work onsite in Berlin (5-day in-office policy)
