What you will do

• Drive performance and maintain standards for employees and contractors.
• Manage resources, schedules, and manpower to achieve production targets and deadlines.
• Support coaching, training, and performance assessments.
• Foster a positive team culture emphasizing collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and promote best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to production goals
• Experience moving large switchgear panels into modular builds and driving 7–12 tonne forklifts
• Strong Health & Safety awareness in factory environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel
