What you will do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with mechanical seals at the Shannon service center.
  • Disassemble, inspect, repair seals, and manage orderbook to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Provide field support for training, installation, removal, and commissioning at customer sites.
  • Document failure analysis and field jobs using specialized software and prepare client reports.
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment/tools and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
  • Communicate technical information to clients, teams, sales, and support customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites
  • Extensive experience in mechanical seals/rotating equipment (pumps, mixers) for pharma, refining, petrochemical, power generation
  • Education/qualification in mechanical engineering (plus)
  • Customer-focused with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and environmental regulations
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to work collaboratively/independently
