What you will do
- Lead engineering projects to execute high-volume manufacturing (HVM) yield roadmaps and achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with Technology Development and Local Yield teams to implement new technologies in production fabs.
- Partner with FEOL/BEOL Integration, Device, and Yield Analysis teams to identify root causes of yield issues and execute mitigation plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and experiments to characterize processes and enhance product performance.
- Manage New Product Introductions (NPI) and optimize processes to meet foundry customer specifications.
- Collaborate with local teams to improve product quality and reduce wafer costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in advanced node semiconductor industry, specifically in FEOL Process Integration.
- Proficient understanding of Device Physics with experience in FinFET or Gate-All-Around technology.
- Familiarity with module processes including lithography, dry/wet etch, CMP, diffusion, implant, and thin films.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Leixlip, Ireland.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Experience in project/program management or serving as a TFT lead.
- Experience engaging with external foundry customers through technical interactions.
- Background in new semiconductor technology development.
