What you will do

• Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and CRO service lines.
• Develop messaging frameworks using Feature/Advantage/Benefit (FAB) analysis to optimize market positioning.
• Execute an omnichannel digital strategy incorporating SEO, SEM, AI search, and social media.
• Create thought leadership content, such as white papers and videos, to demonstrate expertise in autoimmune and oncology.
• Plan and execute yearly conference strategies, including budgeting and stakeholder coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 4+ years in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
• 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role leading customer-facing projects independently.
• Experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services is required.
• Proven track record in developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
