TL;DR

Senior Head of Organic Content Marketing (Edtech): Leading and scaling the organic content ecosystem across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to grow from 1.5M to 10M followers with an accent on viral research, content strategy, and team leadership. Focus on building a high-performance traffic engine to drive qualified leads for coaching and software products.

Location: Remote. Strong preference for candidates able to travel 1-2x per month to Dorado Beach, Puerto Rico for content shoots.

What you will do

  • Build, scale, and lead the entire organic content ecosystem, starting with Instagram and expanding to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Own Instagram organic growth end-to-end, including viral content research, scriptwriting, and KPI definition.
  • Manage YouTube operations focusing on long-form retention, thumbnails, titles, and session growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies for platform-native hooks and audience psychology across various social media channels.
  • Hire, train, and hold a dedicated content team (copywriters, editors, designers) accountable to performance.
  • Expand the founder's reach by securing guest appearances on top-tier podcasts and speaking engagements.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leading organic growth for brands with hundreds of thousands to millions of followers.
  • Possession of a core creative superpower in cinematic videography, elite video editing, high-conversion copywriting, or creative strategy.
  • Strong leadership experience in hiring, negotiating compensation, and developing talent.
  • Comfort with high ownership, accountability, and operating under pressure.
  • Strong preference for candidates who can travel to Puerto Rico for filming.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin to support future expansion into these markets.
