What you will do

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of the LA28 transportation program.
• Coordinate the deployment and daily operation of approximately 500 electric buses.
• Design and implement the operational model for service delivery, including routing, dispatch, and staffing.
• Act as senior liaison for LA28/USOPP organizing committees, utilities, and subcontractors.
• Oversee real-time service coordination, including charging, energy planning, and incident response.
• Manage project budgets and internal governance across Fleet Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale operational programs with real-time service delivery for major events.
• Extensive background in transportation, logistics, or similar field operations.
• Strong experience managing external vendors, partners, or subcontractors in a structured environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for executive-level interaction with governmental and institutional partners.
• Ability to build operational systems from the ground up in high-stakes, time-bound environments.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA, and available for regular travel within Southern California.
