What you will do

• Evaluate carrier compliance, tender acceptance, on-time service, and visibility on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Lead end-to-end route guide management, including bid execution, post-bid analytics, and carrier onboarding.
• Analyze customer data to promote cost-effective solutions that provide value to the client.
• Provide operational support for KPI reviews and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Execute transportation procurement events (RFP) and mini-bids.
• Recommend new carriers based on data analysis and transportation market knowledge.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of transportation or related experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of the truckload industry, major carriers, cost drivers, and best practices.
• Knowledge of Federal Regulations including DOT, FMCSA, CSA, and HOS.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and managing Truckload transportation.
• Expertise in transportation market trends and online bidding tools.
• High-level knowledge of Tableau.
