TL;DR

Senior Director of Brand Marketing (Fitness): Develop and oversee brand strategies and full-funnel programs to drive growth for hirify.global U.S. region with an accent on awareness, conversion, and loyalty. Focus on articulating strategic positioning, leading cross-functional teams, measuring ROI, and managing budgets in a competitive fitness industry.

Hybrid: On-site Mondays-Thursdays in Woodbury, MN; remote optional Fridays.

Salary: $175k - $185k

What you will do

  • Build full-funnel growth strategies ensuring communications resonate across consumer touchpoints.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, translate strategies into go-to-market approaches, and manage budgets.
  • Lead internal/external teams in consumer insights, content, PR, events, creative, media planning, and campaigns.
  • Measure campaign performance against KPIs/ROI and apply learnings to future efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership, franchise support, and shared services on business initiatives.
  • Coach team members and champion emerging trends.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in brand marketing, including 2+ years in senior leadership.
  • 5+ years managing agencies and cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Strong executive presence, storytelling, and ability to drive measurable impact under deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience in franchise businesses.
  • Background in integrated communications.
  • Fitness, health, or wellness industry experience.
