Salary: $137,000–$201,500 (US-based)

What you will do
- Craft bold consumer marketing campaigns and initiatives rooted in consumer insights to position as the #1 app for family life.
- Develop campaign briefs and manage full timelines from brief delivery to post-campaign evaluation.
- Ensure messaging connectivity, creative cohesion across funnels, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Build processes and ways of working for Integrated Marketing with Planning & Ops team.
- Partner with business leaders to align activities with their vision and craft brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to measure and socialize campaign results against goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years in full-funnel marketing
- Deep knowledge of brand and demand creation strategies, media channels, and their optimal use
- Proven creativity, bold strategies, and risk tolerance with track record
- Strong understanding of marketing insights, analytics, brand lift, marketing mix modeling
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Data-informed with judgment and intuition; alignment with company values

- Experience in consumer app space
- Subscription marketing experience
