What you will do

• Manage the overall operational business of a rental facility and lead a high-performing team.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and professional development of partners.
• Maintain inventory, manage budgets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to ensure production systems and processes are functioning efficiently.
• Control costs and review financial statements to maintain lean operational standards.
• Provide input on immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 5 to 7 years of management experience with full P&L and budget responsibility.
• Experience in long-range strategic planning and workforce planning (staffing and succession).
• Proven ability to supervise people and resources to achieve results within limited timeframes.
• Ability to relocate is required.
