What you will do

• Manage daily supply chain issues including shorts, inbound delays, redeliveries, and substitutions.
• Ensure PO accuracy, reconciliation, and resolution of accounting discrepancies.
• Analyze supply chain data to develop volume, quality, and delivery benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Procurement, and Food Safety teams to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with customers and distribution centers to manage inventory and forecasting accuracy.
• Conduct supplier partner reviews to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL for a hybrid schedule (3x/week).
• Unable to offer work sponsorship.
• Preferred 2-4 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and verbal/written communication skills.
