Salary: up to £26,000 yearly

What you will do

• Build and optimize automated personalized email journeys and one-time campaign sends.
• Execute offsite and onsite marketing journeys and promotions to drive commercial results.
• Support the growth and performance of the affiliate program and commercial partnerships.
• Collaborate on segmentation, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Play a key role in the migration to the Customer.io customer engagement platform.

• Ability to handle ambiguity and switch between different tasks without losing momentum.
• Clear and patient communication when working with non-technical colleagues.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion.

Nice to have

• Exposure to email marketing or CRM tools of any platform.
• Experience creating content for web, social, or other digital channels.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4.
• Comfortable handling data and working within spreadsheets in a professional context.
• Interest in affiliate or partnership marketing.
