What you will do
- Lead product discovery, execution, and backlog prioritization aligned with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct competitive and market intelligence to inform roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop expertise in owned products, including UX flows, edge cases, and customer insights.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and launch narratives with Product, Design, Engineering, and Content teams.
- Drive cross-functional launch execution, alignment, and rollout across Product, Marketing, Support, and stakeholders.
- Create launch documentation, training materials, and enablement resources for product adoption.
- Track launch performance metrics and use data to improve future releases and roadmaps.
- Identify operational gaps and drive clarity across distributed teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Product Management, Product Marketing, Growth, or related role in digital/consumer tech.
- Proven experience shipping products/features from concept to launch with measurable impact.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and launch coordination across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Support.
- Ability to manage complex processes, priorities, and resolve execution gaps.
- Excellent written communication for requirements, positioning, briefs, and messaging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
- Self-starter with high ownership and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer subscriptions, cybersecurity, privacy, or SaaS.
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategy, positioning, or launch planning.
- Working across distributed/international teams.
