What you will do

• Spearhead enterprise security strategy in collaboration with leadership, rooted in threat landscape and business needs.
• Define, prioritize, and innovate cybersecurity capabilities across IAM, network, cloud, infrastructure, vulnerability management, endpoint/email security, detection, and response.
• Lead and mentor team of cybersecurity product managers, fostering expertise and accountability.
• Oversee multi-year and quarterly roadmaps, ensure delivery by engineering teams, and measure impact via KPIs.
• Act as senior advisor to leadership and technical teams, influencing alignment on security strategy.
• Communicate vision, roadmaps, and posture improvements to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent
• 12+ years cybersecurity experience as practitioner and leader, including strategy and complex initiatives
• Deep expertise across IAM (Zero Trust, PAM), network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS), cloud security (CSPM), infrastructure security, vulnerability management, endpoint/email security, threat detection/SecOps, incident response, proactive defense.
• Proven strategic vision, portfolio management, team leadership for PMs, data-driven prioritization, agile delivery, business acumen.
• Exceptional communication, influence, problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability.

Nice to have

• Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, GSTRT, CSSLP, CIPT, or product management certs.
• Experience mentoring PMs outside organization or leading craft groups.
• Domain background in Security, E-commerce, SaaS, Machine Learning.
