What you will do
- Develop and deliver asset management strategies, policies, roadmaps, and frameworks aligned with ISO 55000 and industry standards.
- Conduct asset condition surveys, lifecycle assessments, risk profiling, criticality reviews, and data QA.
- Prepare strategic investment plans, prioritisation models, options appraisals, business cases, and capital programmes.
- Lead asset management workstreams across national programmes and multi-site portfolios in live environments.
- Define data requirements, optimise CAFM/CMMS/EAM/BIM systems, and produce insights and dashboards.
- Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, build client relationships, and identify business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying, Engineering, Asset Management, Construction, or related discipline.
- Professional membership desirable (IAM, RICS, ICE, CIOB or similar).
- Experience in asset management, strategic estates advisory, or lifecycle planning in consultancy, construction, or infrastructure.
- Experience with multi-site programmes, surveys, data capture, PPM, or investment planning.
- Understanding of UK frameworks (ISO 55000, RICS, HM Treasury Green Book).
- Client-focused collaborator with proactive approach and commercial awareness.
