Senior Workday Consultant (Workday)

Senior Workday Consultant (Workday HCM): Lead functional areas, scope, definition and delivery of enterprise-scale Workday HCM solutions for global customers with an accent on configuration, client workshops and implementation phases. Focus on designing fit-for-purpose solutions, coaching junior consultants, pre-sales activities and production support.

Location: London, EC4R 1AP with remote working possibilities; high level of flexibility required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or attend global events

What you will do

• Lead functional areas and drive scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions fit for purpose.
• Implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday HCM for global customers, building client relationships.
• Coach junior consultants and participate in pre-sales activities.
• Participate in all phases of Workday HCM implementations: Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester, Trainer.
• Lead development and optimization of propositions to grow business.

Requirements

• Excellent English language skills (written, oral, presentation); additional languages appreciated
• In-depth knowledge of Human Capital Management and experience implementing technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Ability to challenge/design HR solutions, translate requirements into configurations, advise on evolutions.
• Functional experience in workshops, design documents, UAT, end-user training.
• Effective project experience, lead/support teams, prioritize tasks, work with minimal supervision.
• Workday Core HCM certification; 10 complete Workday project life cycles as asset.
