What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision-makers within client organizations and across hirify.global.
• Identify and recommend business opportunities to drive growth and profitability for both the company and the client.
• Create master consulting frameworks, best practices, and delivery models within Practice Lines.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members to meet client needs and career objectives.
• Scope, plan, and manage project resources to execute multiple objectives on-time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities focused on driving growth and delivering results.
• Ability to think innovatively and entrepreneurially about business solutions.
• Experience in Travel Consulting or Procurement Consulting, with a strong preference for Travel Commodity Management.
• Executive presence, gravitas, and the ability to tackle complex competitive challenges.
• Experience leading businesses built on data and analytics.
• Ability to travel is required.
