What you will do

• Build, design, and optimize enterprise-quality AI agents by analyzing customer workflows, pain points, and goals.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive teams to define and execute their AI roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering to design new product features and write/test prompt logic for specific use cases.
• Establish tight feedback loops with the engineering team to influence feature development based on customer needs.
• Own a portfolio of agents end-to-end, scaling elegant solutions to millions of users.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience as a product manager, engagement manager, consultant, or founder.
• Fluent in German with professional experience communicating in German-speaking environments.
• Deep technical acumen and the ability to shape AI agent designs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in London.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or equivalent technical experience.
