What you will do

• Manage visitor reception and corporate phone line.
• Handle mail distribution internally.
• Perform basic banking tasks including documentation delivery and transaction posting.
• Support documentation retrieval for debt resolution and audits.
• Extract reports and conduct credit checks.
• Assist with accounts payable: invoice posting, data validation, and transport cost valuation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Exhirify.globalence using SAP (finance module or similar).
• User-level Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MID/LEFT/RIGHT, CONCAT, IF statements, basic formulas, advanced filtering.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
