What you will do

• Own performance measurement infrastructure long-term and become the expert on business performance tracking
• Create and improve scorecards, dashboards, and reports in Google Sheets and other tools
• Work with complex datasets, validate calculations, and resolve data quality issues
• Translate business needs into reporting requirements and scalable tracking solutions
• Partner with stakeholders across departments on metrics and performance drivers
• Collaborate with BI, data, and technical teams on sourcing, querying, and integration
• Continuously enhance KPI tracking, reporting, and interpretation organization-wide
• Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities using analytical thinking
• Apply AI tools to workflows while ensuring quality

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher
• Senior-level experience in BI, analytics, or performance reporting
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: complex formulas, pivots, dashboards
• Solid SQL and querying in BigQuery or similar
• Experience with automated workflows, scheduled reports, or data pipelines (e.g., Google Apps Script)
• Strong analytical skills to spot issues and challenge assumptions
• Attention to detail and high standards for accuracy
• Understanding of KPIs and business metrics across functions
• Ability to work independently in ambiguity and build processes from scratch

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, tech, or fintech
• Using AI tools in analytics with validation
• Familiarity with data governance or performance best practices
