AI Operations Strategist

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reporting frameworks using Jira, Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• Define, track, and evolve KPIs like SLA/SLO compliance, MTTR, incident trends, capacity utilization.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; deliver recommendations for optimization.
• Develop automated pipelines for data integration from Jira, ServiceNow, monitoring platforms.
• Partner with Support, Engineering, Datacenter Ops, Customer Success for aligned reporting.
• Establish governance, standards, and continuous improvement for scalable analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or related.
• 3–7+ years in operations analytics, reporting, BI, or technical operations in cloud/infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on with Jira reporting, JQL, dashboards; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
• SQL, Python, JQL or scripting; familiarity with ITIL, service metrics.
• Analytical skills to turn data into insights; strong communication for technical/executive audiences.
• Experience automating workflows and building scalable reporting.
