What you will do

• Define and document requirements for data platform enhancements across the full SDLC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver semantic search functionality from concept to operation.
• Design and deliver business-critical dashboards that enable self-service analytics and support decision-making.
• Conduct deep analysis of database structures and data flows in collaboration with data engineers.
• Align data-related solutions with the AI/Search architecture roadmap.
• Embed a security-first mindset into all data activities and platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills for breaking down complex problems and structuring tasks.
• Proficiency in Python and practical experience with AWS services.
• Solid understanding of cloud databases, SQL/NoSQL technologies, and data pipelines.
• Proven experience in building data-driven dashboards to support business questions.
• Experience designing, testing, and deploying analytics applications with an automation mindset.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
