What you will do

• Lead brand strategy, positioning, growth plans, and cross-functional initiatives for long-term impact
• Own strategic decision-making for portfolio positioning, NPD, and optimization in natural high-premium segment
• Drive category growth by setting priorities, monitoring performance, and aligning commercial/marketing efforts
• Steer transformational initiatives like repositioning and rescue plans
• Act as senior interface across sales, marketing, pricing, procurement, and finance for alignment and resources
• Mentor Brand Managers and Juniors, conduct in-depth performance reviews, and integrate market insights into strategy

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages advantageous
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related; MBA preferred
• 9+ years in marketing/brand management, preferably retail/FMCG/pet nutrition
• Proven track record in brand strategy execution and insight-driven commercial initiatives
• Strong stakeholder leadership, analytical skills with large datasets, and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and ability to navigate fast-paced ambiguity

• Strong understanding of natural pet food category
