Location: Hybrid; must be based in Nottingham, UK and work from the office twice a week

What you will do

• Execute risk-based and cyclical audits on financial and operational processes to identify control weaknesses.
• Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle, including planning, scoping, fieldwork, and drafting reports.
• Collaborate with managers across the business to champion a culture of continuous improvement.
• Agree on pragmatic and practical audit actions to manage financial and operational risks effectively.
• Monitor the successful delivery of improvements to ensure consistency and quality.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant status.
• Demonstrable experience in audit and risk management.
• Strong independent judgement and an objective approach to auditing.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships across all business levels.
• Ability to work from the Lenton office in Nottingham twice a week.
