What you will do

• Provide guidance to clients on meeting legal obligations, including Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
• Conduct risk assessments and on-site safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and document site hazards, including asbestos management and working at heights.
• Prepare, review, and maintain critical Health and Safety documentation for clients.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to embed safety practices into project planning.

Requirements

• Degree in a construction-related discipline (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar).
• Genuine interest in Health and Safety and a desire to contribute to safe building practices.
• Strong observational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Manchester.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CDM or Building Safety regulations.
• Previous experience through internships or projects in construction, property, or risk management.
