What you will do

• Act as the competent person to ensure legal compliance in asbestos management for corporate works and community schools.
• Manage statutory compliance, contractors, and data management, including the production of KPIs.
• Oversee remedial contract works for both urgent and planned projects.
• Develop strategies and policies based on current legislation and statutory obligations.
• Organize and monitor Asbestos Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys.
• Deliver 1:1 and group training to schools and clients on day-to-day asbestos management.

Requirements

• Relevant asbestos qualifications; P405 is preferred, though P400 series will be considered.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Romford, UK.
• Experience managing asbestos within large, complex, multi-use organizations.
• Proven background in Health and Safety and coordinating large-scale asbestos removals.
• Experience in estimating works against a schedule of rates.
