What you will do

• Implement and deliver the UDX Construction Safety Program on-site, overseeing contractor and supplier safety performance.
• Act as the primary interface between HSE, Project Teams, and Principal Contractors to ensure safe execution of activities.
• Provide construction-focused safety input across design, planning, and build phases to validate regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Manage site-based safety activities, including RAMS reviews, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Oversee high-risk operations such as lifting, working at height, temporary works, and confined space entry.
• Coordinate construction safety closeout activities and validate Health & Safety Files for project handover.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of UK construction safety legislation, including CDM, HASAWA, MHSWR, and the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Familiarity with CDM stakeholder responsibilities (Principal Contractor and Principal Designer).
• Understanding of contractor management and safe systems of work for high-risk construction activities.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview at one of the company locations.
