What you will do

• Conduct asbestos surveys and safely sample suspect materials in line with industry standards.
• Accurately record findings and produce clear, compliant reports.
• Assess asbestos risks and provide practical advice on management or removal.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support quality assurance activities, audits, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation, regulations, and best practice.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Full driving licence to use in the UK and willingness to travel.
