What you will do

• Use AI tools, scripting, and CLI-based workflows to automate complex financial processes.
• Support customers with 409A valuations, tax reporting, fund implementations, and portfolio data collection.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and transform them into repeatable, scalable systems.
• Provide critical feedback to engineering and product teams through testing and bug reporting.
• Develop deep domain expertise in private markets and hirify.global's ERP vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and fundamental financial concepts.
• Strong interest in AI and automation as tools to augment professional thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with poise under pressure.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify used).

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, scripting, or basic technical tooling.
• Familiarity with financial modeling in Excel.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) thoughtfully in a work context.
• Prior exposure to financial concepts through internships or coursework.
