What you will do

• Develop and execute global employer branding strategy
• Promote EVP via social media, media, events, partnerships, and internal comms
• Analyze labor market and competitors in fintech/CFD
• Lead projects in recruitment, onboarding, retention
• Coordinate career fairs, conferences, university partnerships
• Oversee HR content: blogs, social, careers site, storytelling
• Track KPIs: brand awareness, engagement, applicant quality

Requirements

• 3+ years as Employer Brand Manager / HR Marketing Specialist / Internal Communications Manager
• Experience in international or fast-growing company (fintech, IT, digital preferred)
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, content creation skills
• Hands-on with social media, media campaigns, employer brand messaging
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and verbal)
