What you will do

  • Own regional revenue targets and marketing budget allocation.
  • Manage local brand presence across OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, and digital channels.
  • Oversee affiliate and influencer relationships within central governance frameworks.
  • Monitor and act on local brand health and digital reputation metrics.
  • Escalate regulatory, reputational, or brand risks to CMO and CoE leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a regional marketing team.

Requirements

  • Fluent English required.
  • Proven experience owning regional marketing budgets and delivering commercial results in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong commercial judgment across brand-led channels and demand generation.
  • Ability to balance commercial upside against regulatory and behavioral risks.
  • Confident stakeholder management at the C-suite level.
  • Composure under pressure and outcome-focused mindset.

Nice to have

  • Background in fintech, brokerage, or regulated financial services.
  • Experience working in a Centre of Excellence (CoE) marketing model.
  • Familiarity with financial promotions compliance (FCA COBS 4, MiFID II).
  • Proficiency in additional European or regional languages.
