What you will do

• Manage employee enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefit plans during onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
• Act as operational owner of benefit programs, coordinating with external vendors, brokers, and providers.
• Process benefits and compensation requests via internal systems, ensuring timely resolution and data accuracy.
• Maintain HRIS data, perform audits, monitor utilization, and prepare reports for benchmarking.
• Serve as first point of contact for employees and managers on benefits eligibility and policies.
• Conduct market research on labor laws and statutory benefits for new markets, develop packages with guidelines.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, including enrollment and reimbursements.
• Ability to manage employee data accurately with basic Excel reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors or providers under supervision.
• High attention to detail, operational accuracy, and task prioritization in high-volume environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication for employee support.
