What you will do

• Lead demand forecasting across product categories and SKUs using statistical and judgment-based models
• Drive S&OP/IBP processes collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
• Develop inventory and replenishment strategies, manage safety stock, and monitor KPIs like MAPE, Bias, DOH, Fill Rate
• Analyze demand drivers such as promotions, seasonality, launches, and trends
• Conduct scenario planning and risk mitigation for volatility and constraints
• Mentor team members and prepare reports for senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related (MBA preferred)
• 8–10+ years in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or Supply Planning
• Mandatory experience in CPG/FMCG with high SKU complexity
• Strong experience with S&OP/IBP processes
• Proficiency in forecasting tools like SAP APO/IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, Kinaxis
• Advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
